It is a Participant's Led Experience!
Since my adolescent years, I was passionate to host classmates to my home to teach them Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Enlightenment or “Tanweer” as my above personal logo suggests is my life goal through qualifying others to perform better in whatever they do. This was what inspired me to join industrial engineering, which was all about optimizing performance. I have completed more than 500 professional training hours in the last five years and I still feel eager to reach a six digits number of training hours one day.
By designing my entire materials, I let participants lead their way of contribution of workshops through their choice among different applications of topic in hand. This freedom is definitely controlled by training objectives. This approach engages participants enough to be effective and help them to add their experience input in a win-win scenario.
